We build and ship. Most engagements end with software running in production against your data, not a strategy deck. We will give you the architecture reasoning along the way, but the deliverable is a working system, not a report.
Yes, all of it. Everything lands in your repository, documented, with no runtime dependency on us. If we stop working together the day after delivery, the system keeps running and your engineers can extend it.
A scoped v1 (one agent or one automation, running against your data, with evals and monitoring) is typically 30 to 60 days. A ten-workflow platform is not, and we will say so on the first call rather than after signing. We hit timelines by shipping the narrowest useful version first, then hardening it.
We scope to a specific outcome, not an open-ended monthly retainer. You pay to ship a defined working thing, then decide whether to extend. That is deliberately cheaper than a full-service agency and far cheaper than the ML hires most of this work would otherwise require.
Claude for reasoning and tool use, n8n for orchestration, RAG for grounding, Apollo and Attio for go-to-market data, PolyAI for voice, plus your own APIs and databases. We pick the model per task and fall back to cheaper ones where they hold up under evals. We run this same stack internally, so you are not a test case for a process we have never used.
