Do you just advise, or do you build too?+
Both, and we think that is the point. Advice you cannot execute is a deck. We help you decide what is worth building, then design, build, and run it with you. The whole value is in owning the arc from the first decision to the system operating in production.
What does operating it together actually mean?+
After launch we stay in it. We help you run the system in production, tune it on real usage, watch the metrics that matter, and own the exceptions alongside your team, until you are ready to run it without us. Most vendors leave at handoff. We treat go-live as the start of operating, not the end of the engagement.
How is this different from hiring a consultancy?+
Most consultancies hand you a strategy and leave the building to someone else, so things get lost between the plan and the system. We own both. How do you start?+
